As an Energy Coordinator you will be responsible for strengthening and helping to coordinate EAC’s work in energy policy advocacy, research, program development and campaigning. Your passion for decarbonizing electricity and home comfort, your diverse skills and your strategic project management will help the Energy Team effectively move their campaigns from conception to implementation. You thrive working in collaborative, fast-paced environments and building relationships to partner with nonprofit organizations, the private sector and the public.

We are hiring a Relationship Development Officer to contribute towards overall Membership and Fundraising team targets by achieving personal goals related to the Ecology Action Centre’s Sustainability Allies program; peer-to-peer fundraising; business relationships; events; online fundraising and social media; and retention and maintenance of existing relationships.

The Ecology Action Centre is looking for 3-4 new volunteer board members. Board members keep the institutional lights on at the EAC and help shape the direction of the organization. The EAC has a 50+ year history of protecting Nova Scotia’s lands, waters, climate, and communities. The EAC’s spirit matches its home province – scrappy, creative, and always punching above its weight. Come join the board and help us set a sustainable path for the next 50 years.
