Associate Director of Operations

As the Associate Director of Operations at EAC, you will be a strategic leader with expertise in nonprofit financial and business operations, focused on driving growth and organizational change. You will lead the Operations Team, including Finance, HR, and Facilities, ensuring internal policies align with EAC’s values and strategic goals. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will help foster a transparent, accountable workplace, while your experience in financial management, organizational development, and risk management will support EAC’s capacity and employee engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll manage a team of 5-7 and provide support to the Board of Directors.
