Join the EAC's Teens for Climate for an online eco-anxiety skills training session!
Hosted by our Associate Director of Community Engagement, Joanna Bull, this session is designed for teens in grades 8-12 anywhere in Nova Scotia. By the end of this training you'll learn:
- Understanding eco-anxiety
- Recognizing the signs of eco-anxiety
- Self-care and mental health practices
- Fostering hope through action.
This free session is designed to be engaging, practical and beginner-friendly. All you need is a laptop, a reliable internet connection and a willingness to learn! Upon completion, participants will receive an official certificate of participation.
