Emma was born in raised in Prince Edward Island until she decided to move to Halifax in 2022. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the UPEI. Emma has been interested in everything ocean for as long as she can remember. When she’s not in Indian Point checking on her kelp babies, you can find Emma snuggled up on the couch crocheting with her cat, Mouse, or at the nearest thrift store. Her favourite part of her position at the EAC is when she gets to go to the kelp plant in Indian Point and work by the water all day.
