The AGM is the largest expression of the EAC's democratic process where all members are invited to learn about the organization, cast their vote for our board of directors and celebrate our work and the broader community. Members of the EAC have ultimate decision-making authority in our structure, and this is the key place where that voice is exercised.

This will be a hybrid meeting, so attendance can be:
- In person: St. Andrews Church (in the Mary Holmes Room), 6036 Coburg Rd
or - Online: Zoom (closed captioning available). Please RSVP at the form below. A Zoom link will be sent closer to the date.
This year's AGM will include:
- NEW! EAC Social from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. (Come early for food, trivia and Climate Badges!)
- Keynote speech: Sadie Beaton explores how the emerging Shoulder-to-Shoulder Movement asks us to consider how our collective struggle for liveable futures might shift if we recognize our existential threat as not only bad projects or policies but, more deeply, as broken land relation.
