Hosted by Nature Nova Scotia and the Ecology Action Centre, this event will bring together community members, conservation groups, outdoor enthusiasts and anyone interested in the future of Nova Scotia's natural spaces.
The Protected Areas Summit will include:
- Stories and presentations about protected areas from across the province
- Opportunities to meet and connect with conservation organizations and community groups
- Interactive activities and discussions
- Simple, action-oriented ways to support nature conservation
- Lunch (provided)
- Optional afternoon guided hikes
