EAC Hike-a-Thon

Hike, bike or whatever you like. This is your environmental movement!

We're happy to share that the third annual Hike-a-Thon fundraiser has concluded and exceeded its goal!

Thank you to the 40+ participants! Thank you to the sponsors and event hosts, named below, and thank you to all of the donors for their support!

🎉 To celebrate the hard work of the Hike-a-Thon participants, we awarded three grand prizes in two categories. We would like to congratulate Maggy, Helga and Dawn for raising the most money! We would equally like to congratulate Helga, Chkupan and Grace for recording the most minutes of activity during August and September!

🏆 Congratulations to the winning team, the Board Walkers! (Though there were only two teams participating, so a special shout-out to the Cool Ospreys as well!)

🌟 We want to give special shout-outs to some other exceptional Hike-a-Thoners:

•    Shawn, for being one of our top five fundraisers and an integral part of the Board Walkers team!
•    Sarah, for making it into the top five for both active minutes and most raised!
•    Danielle, for beating both her fundraising and minutes goals, and posting some really great blogs on the way!
•    Benna, for sharing her herbalist knowledge with folks on her guided walks!
•    Lindsay, for beating her goal and inspiring many people to stand up for the natural world!
