Jessie grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She then moved to the town of Wolfville and completed her degree in Community Development at Acadia University. She loves being active, and running has become one of her favourite hobbies. Jessie has always loved being outdoors, which led her to a love of biking. She believes the best way to get anywhere is by bike! She is passionate about her position as Community Outreach Officer, which allows her to lead the Pop-Up-Bike-Hub Mini and drive the electric-cargo bike, which carries tools for free bike tune-ups and safe cycling education within communities.
