Vicki loves the sense of connection food fosters between people and the environment. Vicki completed a Bachelors in Conflict Studies and Human Rights at the University of Ottawa and a Master of Public Administration at Dalhousie University, where she developed an interest in food policy. Various professional and volunteer experiences working at nonprofits and delivering community programs informs her work to increase access to services, while recent farm work experience inspires her work to support local food systems.
