Read Ray's Bio

Raymond is a long-time member of the EAC team. He has been a leading advocate for protecting natural areas throughout the province and for improving land-use practices for the benefit of biodiversity conservation. Raymond is also a nature photographer, writer, angler and dedicated nature conservationist who has served on many boards and advisory groups, including the national board of the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS), the Nova Scotia Salmon Association (NSSA) board and provincial Ministerial Advisory Committees on Aquaculture and Off-Highway Vehicles. When not in the office Raymond can usually be found standing waist-deep in one of Nova Scotia's salmon rivers, flinging bits of fur and feather to indifferent fish.
